Uberlastkupplung
Bei Fadeneinschlag wird der Greiferantrieb auto-
matisch ausgekuppelt.Zum Einkuppein Maschi-
nen-Oberteil umlegen. Stiff 8 mit Schrauben-
zieher zuruckdrUcken, damit Mltnehmerklinke K
frei wird. Am Handrad in Drehrichtung drehen bis
Mitnehmerklinke K hOrbar in Kupplung einrastet.
Am Handrad rCickwarts drehen und eingeklemm-
ten Faden entfernen,
Maschine ist wieder betriebsbereit.
Safety clutch
If thread jamming occurs in the hook raceway,
the hook drive is automatically disengaged. To
re-engage the hook drive, tilt the machine back.
Push pin S back with a screwdriver to release
latch K. Turn the balance wheel in sewing direc
tion until you hear latch K snap in place in the
clutch. Turn the balance wheel in reverse and
remove the jammed thread.
Now, the machine is ready for operation again.
Accouplement de surcharge
Celui-ci a pourfonction de dSsaccoupler le cro
chet lorsque le fil se prend dans celui-ci. Pour
r6enclencher la machine, la coucher vers
I'arriere. Au moyen d'un tournevis, repousser la
goupille S pour libSrer le cllquet d'entrainement
K. Tourner le volant dans le sens de rotation nor
mal jusqu'S ce que le cllquet K s'enclenche
perceptlblement dans I'accouplement.
Tourner le volant en arriere et retlrer le fil coinc6.
La machine est^ nouveau en 6tatde fonctionner.
Acoplamiento de sobrecarga
En el caso de que se enclave el hilo en el garfio,
el mecanismo accionador de 6ste se deconecta
automdticamente. Para conectarlo. vuelque el
cabezal hacia atras. Gire hacia fuera el pasador
S con un destornillador, para que el trinquete K
quede llbre. Gire el volante en sentldo normal de
giro hasta que el trinquete K encaje perceptible-
mente en el acoplamiento. Gire el volante en re-
troceso y retire el hllo enclavado.
La mSquina queda lista de nuevo parafuncionar.
