Threading
Upper looper (red)
Turn the hand wheel towards you until
the upper looper (30) reaches its highest
position.
Thread the threads in order from 1 to 9.
Some of the thread guides are marked
with a red dot.
Thread the thread in thread guides 1 to
7. Pass the thread over the top of guide 8
from above and pull it down and to the
left until it slips into the guide.
From the front, pass the thread through
the eye 9 of the upper looper. Pull about
10 cm (5”) of thread through the hook and
place it facing to the left under the presser
foot.
