the
stretched
fabric
into
the
outer
hoop
(frame) with
the
inner
hoop
(frame).
If
the
material
is
not fitted
tightly
enough,
remove
the
inner
frame
and
tighten
the tigh
tening
screw
(9) a
little further.
Then
fit
the
fabric
back
onto
the frame
again.
When
putting
the
fabric
onto
the
hoop
(frame), if
the
inner
hoop
cannot
be
pressed
into
the
outer
hoop,
loosen
the
fastening
screw
somewhat.
Then
refit
the
fabric
onto
the
hoop.
