PGO BR-500 - Thermal Unit and Timing System Checks

- Remove the Automatic
transmission
- Remove the Removal of flywheel
cover ,the Flywheel and
start-up and the
Removal of flywheel cover
PGO BR-500 ENGINE
- Lubricate the intermediate gear seat with
torque limiter on the flywheel cover.
- Align the water pump drive with a reference
and install the flywheel cover as described in
the
( Engine Flywheel Cover
Assembly ) chapter.
- Check that the O-ring is in good working
order and lubricate it.
- Insert the starter motor.
- Tighten the 2 fastening screws at the
prescribed torque.
Tightening torque:
Starter motor fastening screws:
11 ~13 Nm
