(b)Clean-up water tank
1) Arrange equipments.
2) Turn off main power switch and close water feed
service valve.
3) Disconnect cupper tube from strainer.
4) Remove power cable wire from transformer
terminal.
5) Disconnect mist tube from humidifier.
6) Loosen and remove 2 fixed screws to take
humidifier out.
7) Upside down the humidifier to pour water out
then remove water tank cover.
8) Clean-up inside water tank with soft brush or cloth.
Note) Ensure not to scratch on high frequency vibration unit.
9) If you find any damage on high frequency vibration unit
replace with new one.
(See procedure (d) Replace high frequency vibration unit)
(c)Inspect electric components
1) Follow (b) clean-up water tank, 1)~7) to remove
the cover from water tank.
2) Remove tank from case to inspect electric components.
Ensure;
࣭ No water leaks, no moisture, no rust.
࣭ No water leaks from valve joint.
࣭ No deformation, no corrosion, no discoloration with each relays.
࣭ No abnormalities with electric components.
