      Make sure that both your TV and the Blu-ray Disc™ player are turned on. Also, confirm that the connections to the TV are properly made. Check to see if the connected TV or device supports HDCP, as the unit will not output a video signal without HDCP support.

      Check that your modem and router are powered on and that the Ethernet cable is correctly connected to both. Ensure the Internet light on the modem and router shows activity. Review the network settings on the unit. Try turning off the unit, modem, and router, unplugging them for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in and turning them on. If you're using a cable service modem, you might need to use its reset button or remove the backup battery. Finally, confirm 'View Network Settings' in the Setup and ensure the DHCP function is enabled on the router.

      If your unit is connected to a non-certified HDMI device, the Audio / Video signal will not output. Ensure the display device is set to the correct input/video source. Try an HDMI hotplug: disconnect the HDMI cable from the display device, turn on both devices, and then replug the HDMI cable. Check with the TV manufacturer for software updates, and ensure the HDMI cable is a certified version.

      The format of the USB Memory Stick may not be compatible with this unit. If the USB Memory Stick has been formatted on a PC or another device, the file system may be incompatible. This unit supports the FAT16 / FAT32 file systems.
