Play your recordings on other
players
To play this recorded DVDR or DVDRW on
another DVD player, you have to either fi nalise
the disc or make it compatible.
Prepare a DVDR for playback
Note
Once a DVDR disc is fi nalised, no further recordings
or editing can be made to it. Ensure that you have
completed all recording and editing before fi nalising
the disc.

1 Press DISC MENU.
2 Select a title and press the Yellow button
[ Edit ].
3 Select [ Disc ] > [ Finalize ], then press
OK.
A warning message is displayed.
To cancel, select [ Cancel ], then press
OK.
4 To proceed, select [ OK ], then press OK.
Finalisation begins. The process takes a
few minutes depending on the length of
recordings. Do not open the disc tray
or switch off the power as this may
render the disc unusable.


Prepare a DVDRW for playback
1 Press HOME.
2 Select [ Settings ], then press OK.
3 Select [ Disc ] > [ Make Compatible ],
then press OK.
A confi rmation message is displayed.
To cancel, select [ Cancel ], then press
OK.
4 To proceed, select [ OK ], then press OK.
The process takes a few minutes
depending on the length of recordings.
Do not open the disc tray or switch off
the power as this may render the disc
unusable.
Tip
If the option [ Make Compatible ] is not available, the
disc is already compatible for playback.
