PiezoWalk Clamp-Free Voltage
If nanostepping mode is selected, the PiezoWalk Clamp-Free Voltage (ID 0x07001900) affects the duration of the
phase where the shearing components of one piezo actuator pair move back to the starting position (“recovery
phase”): the lower the clamp-free voltage value, the longer that phase and the shorter the phase where the piezo
actuator pair is in contact with the runner, causing the feed (“driving phase”).
