Pit Boss 820 - Installing Bottom Shelf and Wheels

ASSEMBLING & MOUNTING THE CART … CON’T
Step 2 Install Bottom Shelf Assembly:
 Install the Bottom Shelf to all four legs.
Using 4 of the 1/4” x #20 x 1/2” screws (A) and your wrench
Secure the screws firmly to the frame.
Note: Ensure the shelf is installed so the flat surface is facing up
 NOW, securely tighten ALL 16 leg screws (A)

Step 3 Install Wheels to Leg Assembly:
 Slide metal wheel onto either leg with
the axle
 Install washer (B), then hand screw the
7/16” x 20 Nut (C) onto the threaded
axle. Use your wrench to tighten.
 Spin each wheel to ensure the wheels
turn freely.
 Carefully lift barrel and attached leg
assembly to the upright position.

Installation Steps
Step 1 Attach Lid Stopper
 Slip the Lid Stopper front lip into the slot provided
Located at the top of the barrel in the middle.
 Using the 7/16” wrench, secure the Lid Stopper
To the barrel with one 1/4” - #20 x 1/2” (A) screw.
Take care not to overtighten.
