To
reset,
find
and
correct
the
cause
of
the
trip.
Turn
power
switch

return
it

ON.

Boilout
Compound
Elbow

The
boilout
elbow
is
used
instead
of
the
standard
length
elbow
to
drain
the
tank

water
after
a
boilout
cleaning.
The
elbow
is
stored
inside
the
fryer
as
indicated.

Quick
disconnect

to
connect
the
filter
assembly
to
the
fryer's
oil
piping.

Standard
drain
elbow
used
to
drain
the
fryer
tank
to

filter
pan.
Replace
with
the
Boilout
elbow
to
drain
cleaning
water
from
tank
to
an
external
pan.
NEVER

TO
THE
FILTER
PAN.
