Why won't my Point Vacuum Cleaner connect to the app?

If your appliance won't connect to the app, first, double-check that you've entered the correct username and password for your router. Ensure the appliance is within your router's signal range. Also, make sure the appliance is ready for network connection by turning it on, finding the reset button, pressing it briefly until you hear “I’m ready for network setup.” Verify you are using a 2.4G network, as the appliance does not support 5G. Finally, ensure you've downloaded the correct app, “sRobotcleaner,” by scanning the QR code on the appliance or finding it in the app market.
