Extended Storage
Electrical Connections
Separate electrical connector blocks and clean corrosive build-up from
connectors. Lubricate or pack connector blocks with dielectric grease
and re-connect. See page 99 for the part numbers of Polaris products.
Replace worn or frayed electrical wire and connectors. Be sure wiring
harness is properly s ecured away from sharp edges, steering linkage,
moving parts, and hot exhaust parts.
Track and Suspension
Moderate track tension should be
maintained during summer storage.
The machine s hould be supported off
the ground to allow the track to hang
freely.
