Handlebar Adjustments
Handlebar with Riser Block
1. Remove the handlebar
cover to expose the
handlebar mounting hardware.
2. Using a 1/4” Allen wrench,
loosen the two bolts on the
bottom of the riser or the two
bolts on the top of the riser,
depending on the type of
adjustment required.
3. Adjust the handlebar to the
desired angle. Be sure the
handlebar, brake lever and
throttle lever operate smoothly
and do not hit the gas tank,
windshield or any other part of
the machine when the handlebar is turned fully to the left or right.
4. Torque the handlebar adjuster block bolts to 11-13 ft. lbs. (15-17.6
Nm).
5. Replace the handlebar cover.
