SUSPENSION SPRING PRELOAD ADJUSTMENT
Oper ator weight and vehicle loading affectsus pension
spring preload r equirements . Adjust as nec essary.
FRONT SUSPENSION
Compress and release front suspension. Damping should
be smooth throughout the range of travel.
Check all front suspension components for wear or dam-
age.
Inspect front strut cartridges for leakage.
REAR SUSPENSION
Compress and release rear suspension. Damping should
be smooth throughout the range of travel.
Check all rear suspension components for wear or dam-
age.
Inspect shock for leakage.
CONTROLS
Check cont rols f orpr oper operat ion, positioning and ad-
justm ent.
Brake control and switch must be positioned to allow brake
lever to travel throughout entire range without contacting
switch body.
