4.3 Battery installation
The instrument is powered by a rechargeable battery NiMH (Nickel Metal
Hydride Rechargeable battery 1.2 V min 2000 mA/h) AA size supplied with the
instrument.
The РМ1703МО-1 is packaged without a rechargeable battery installed. To
install the battery, open the cover located on the right end of the unit with a coin or
screwdriver. Once opened, insert a single rechargeable AA battery loading the positive
(+) end first. Reinstall the cover and tighten it. If the rechargeable battery is properly
installed, the LCD screen will display all segments.
