• “ipaddress”: Sends UDP packets
to this IP address and returns an
echo message with specific
information when followed by any of
these parameters:
❑ length
❑ mps
❑ reps
❑ wai
❑ echoport
❑ locaport
For an echo message showing only the
default settings, omit optional
parameters.
• “length”: Message length in bytes.
•“mps”: Number of messages per
second (max = 100).
• “reps”: Number of times to repeat
the message.
• “wait”: Number of seconds to wait.
• “echoport”: Port numbers to use.
• “localport”: Port numbers to use.
