      A blank monitor screen on your Polycom Conference System can occur for several reasons: the monitor isn't getting power, the monitor isn't properly connected to the endpoint equipment, the endpoint equipment lacks power, or the system is in sleep mode. To troubleshoot, first check all the equipment cables. If the system is in sleep mode, lift the remote control and point it toward the remote sensor.
