For a relatively small required heating output, the reduced room setpoint can be
raised for cold outside temperatures. The increase is dependent upon the outside
temperature. The lower the outside temperature is, the higher the reduced set-
point for the room temperature is raised. The start of the increase and the end
point can be set. Between these two points there is a linear increase of the "re-
duced setpoint" up to the "comfort setpoint".
