chaser that each new Poulan PRO brand

defects in materi al and workmanship and
agrees to repai r or replace under this war-
ra nty any def ecti ve Poulan PRO brand
electr i c product within one (1) year from
the origi nal date of purchase.
If your Poulan PRO br and electri c or
cordless product shoul d fail wi t hin the
limited warranty period, return it, com-
plete, prepai d, with proof of purchase, to
the dealer from whom it was purchased
forrepairorreplacementattheoptionof
Poul an PRO.
This warrant y is not tr a nsfer able and does
not cover damage or liability caused by
im proper handlin g, im proper mainte-
nance or the use of accessories and/or at-
tachments not specifical l y recommended
by Poulan PRO for this electr i c product.
Additi onall y, this warranty does not cover
part s that will wear and requir e replace-
ment with reasonable use during the war-
ra nty period. This warr a nty does not cover
pr e--delive ry setup or norma l adjust m e nts
explained in the instr uct ion manual.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LE-
GAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HA VE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH V ARY FROM ST ATE TO
STATE.NO CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR OTHER DAMAGES WILL BE ALLOWED,
AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS
