X4 Service Analysis & Troubleshooting Structure
A. Analysis and Solution
1 Digi / ADLink Hardware To analysis HW problem on digi/adlink, rst of all unmount it following the instruction on Chap. 7.11 of this guide.
After the ADLink is unmounted, plesase check the component u29 and u27 etc etc….
2 Digi / ADLink Firmware To analysis FW issue, connect Amplier to ArmoniaPlus. Update FW if required.
3 Flat Cables Refer to Chap 7.11 & 7.12, remove & replace if required.
4 Amp Module Verify as in Chap. 10, refer to Chap. 7.4, remove & replace if required.
5 Rear Board Refer to Chap. 7.14, remove & replace if required.
6 Preset Perform the PAM as refer in Chap 20.
7 Power Supply Unit Verify as in Chap. 9, refer to Chap. 7.6, 7.7 & 7.8, remove & replace if required.
8 Fans Refer to Chap. 7.5, remove & replace if required.
9 Mech Damage / Loose
Components Inside
Refer to Chap. 7.1 & 7.2, remove Amplier Cover to inspect interior & tighten back if possible.
10 Opened Chassis Refer to Chap. 7.1 & 7.2 to open Chassis.
11 Temperature Sensor Verify the Result by checking with ArmoniaPlus.
12 Wi-Fi Frequency Verify the Result by checking with ArmoniaPlus or Refer to Appendix A
13 Wi-Fi Board Refer to Chap. 7.3, remove & replace if required.
14 Slot Board Refer to Chap. 7.9, remove & replace if required.
15 Digi Board Refer to Chap. 7.11, 7.11.1 & 7.11.2, remove & replace if required.
16 IP Address Refer to Chap. 17, connect Amplier to ArmoniaPlus to verify as refer to Chap. 18.
17 Dante Board Refer to Chap. 7.10, remove & replace if required. Perform FW Update / Initialize / Restore Dynamic IP as in CHap 11.
18 Failsafe Mode Refer to Chap. 11.4 for Verifying & Chap. 11.5 for Recovery.
19 Firmware Update Refer to Chap. 12 & carry out FW Update.
20 Static IP Refer to Chap. 17, connect Amplier to ArmoniaPlus to verify as refer to Chap. 18.
