5. Service Precautions
5.1 Notes on SOLDERING
For environmental protection, lead-free solder is used on the printed circuit boards mounted in this unit.
Be sure to use lead-free solder and a soldering iron that can meet specications for the use with lead-free solders for repairs accompanied
by reworking of soldering.
Do NOT use a soldering iron whose tip temperature cannot be controlled.
5.2 Note on REPLACING PARTS
About the AMP Module
The amplier module of this unit is able to correspond to repairing in the component manufacturer (Powersoft Company).
And it holds charge-free warranty period for 16 months after production.
5.2.1 Serial Number Label
The Serial Label is pasted also in the amplier module itself, and makes clear the production year and month.
The details of the Serial Label is as follows.
Serial Number and Period of Production are displayed in the Serial Number.
5.2.2 Mac Address Label
Number provided by POWERSOFT
Positioned on the rear panel and on internal PCB.
