Confirm that PV wire
connections are correct
and tight
LCD is no
display
Min.8V will start up
the controller.
Measure battery voltage
with multi-meter. Min.8V
can start up the controller.
Flashing
Battery Overvoltage
Disconnect the solar array
and measure the battery
voltage whether is too
high;
Flashing
Battery Over
Discharge
Charge the battery
