1. Place the Inner Pot in the appliance Base. Place the eggs
in the Inner Pot and cover them with water. Cover the
Inner Pot with the Glass Lid.
2. Turn the Program Dial to select the Steam setting
(212°F/100°C ). Press the Timer Button and adjust the
cooking time to 20 mins. Press the Start Button to begin
the cooking process.
3. Once the eggs are done cooking, press the Cancel
Button. Remove the eggs from the Inner Pot and cool
them in an ice bath until cool enough to handle. Then,
peel them and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and
place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard, and
salt to the mixing bowl and mix.
5. Place the mixture in a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into
the center of the egg whites.
6. Garnish with the paprika before serving.
