2.5 Printing with ID-2200 on Microsoft Windows
Application Software
This section gives you instructions on how to print on Windows application software.
• Print sequence may differ according to application software.To ensure right
sequence, please refer to user manual of the application software.

Open file of the Windows application software you wish to print.

Go to"File" => "Print".
• Makesurethatyouchoose PPC ID-2200 .
• Print sequence may differ according to application software. On most of windows
application software, you can print out by clicking printer icon on menu bar or print in
"File" menu.

Select documents you wish to print. Click "Print" or "OK" to start printing process. The
files to be printed standing by in spool allocated for ID-2200.
• Ensurethattheprintingimageisorientedinsamedirection(vertical,horizontal)asthat
of paper. Preview function of software will help you check it out.
What is PPC ID-2200 Spool?
Spool saves data temporarily on hard disk from application program, not sending
more than one job to printer at a time. And the system will hold them up until the
printer can accept the data.
