EXPORTING DIAGNOSTICS DATA FROM OB7
1. Insert a USB ash drive into the robot controller computer.
2. Enter Help by tapping the question mark at the top le of the screen.
3. Enter Diagnostics by tapping the 'Diagnostics' selection from the list on the le of the screen.
4. Tap the button labeled 'Save Diagnostic Data' near the bottom of the screen.
5. A message indicating that saving is in progress should appear to the right of the button. Once
diagnostic data has been saved, a message reading 'Save complete' will appear to the right of
the button. The USB ash drive may now be removed.
6. Insert the USB ash drive into your computer. Diagnostic data is stored in the le named 'pr.
logs'.
7. Email the le named: pr.logs to service@productiverobotics.com
