What to do if ProForm 380 P power does not turn on?
    • H
      housemargaretAug 1, 2025
If your ProForm Treadmill doesn't power on, first, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a properly earthed outlet. If needed, use a 3-conductor, 1 mm[2] (14-gauge) cord no longer than 1.5 m (5 ft.). Note that the treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Also, check that the key is inserted into the console. Examine the circuit breaker on the treadmill frame near the power cord; if it's tripped (switch protrudes), wait five minutes, then press the switch back in to reset it. Finally, verify the on/off switch near the power cord is in the “on” position.

What to do if ProForm 380 P walking belt is off-centre?
    • D
      Dana SchwartzAug 16, 2025
If the walking belt on your ProForm Treadmill is off-centre, remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt has shifted left, use a hex key to turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn. If it has shifted right, turn the bolt counter-clockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly. Repeat until the belt is centred.

How to fix ProForm 380 P walking belt slowing down?
    • M
      Makayla MooreAug 23, 2025
If the walking belt slows down when you walk on your ProForm Treadmill, use a 3-conductor, 1mm[2] (14-gauge) cord that is no longer than 1.5 m (5 ft.) if an extension cord is needed. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Using a hex key, turn both rear roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When properly tightened, you should be able to lift the walking belt 2–3 inches off the platform. Keep the belt centred. Plug the cord back in, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the belt is properly tightened.
