What to do if my ProForm LX 360 Treadmill turns off during use?
    • B
      brandonbrockJul 31, 2025
If your ProForm Treadmill shuts off unexpectedly, first check the circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If tripped, wait five minutes before resetting it. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; try unplugging and replugging it after five minutes. Finally, remove and reinsert the key fully into the console.

How to fix a ProForm LX 360 walking belt that is off-center or slips?

      Juan BarnettAug 11, 2025
To fix an off-center walking belt on your ProForm Treadmill, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt is shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn; if it's shifted right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. If the belt slips, unplug the unit and turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure the belt isn't too tight—you should be able to lift each side 2 to 3 inches. Plug the treadmill back in, insert the key, and test.

Why does my ProForm LX 360 walking belt slow down when I walk on it?
    • S
      steinamandaAug 19, 2025
If your ProForm Treadmill walking belt slows down when you walk on it, it might be overtightened, which can decrease performance and damage the belt. To correct this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use an Allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. The belt should be tight enough that you can lift each side 2 to 3 inches off the platform. Plug the treadmill back in, insert the key, and test.
