In the active station list, the AN-X is shown with an asterisk in front of the station number.
Configure DH+ HMI IP Aliasing
To configure Data Highway Plus IP aliasing, select Automation Network/Configure DH+ HMI
IP Alias.
Details of the configuration file format are found on page 27.
Browse to select the file, then click the Send File to AN-X button to send the file to the AN-X.
The AN-X displays the result of sending the file.
You must reboot the AN-X to use the configuration. Click the Reboot link at the top of the page
to restart the AN-X.
After rebooting, use Automation Network/HMI IP Alias View to view the configuration file that
was downloaded and the configuration log to check for errors.
View IP Alias File
To view the IP alias file, select Automation Network/HMI IP Alias View.
The upper pane shows the most recently downloaded alias configuration file.
It may be different from the active alias configuration if the AN-X has not been rebooted since
the file was sent.
Use the Link button to upload the configuration file to your computer.
The lower pane shows the most recent configuration log. Again, it will only be the active
configuration if the AN-X has been rebooted since the configuration file was sent.
Always check the configuration log after downloading an alias configuration file and restarting.
