Chapter VI NETDVR Operation Instruction
Netdvr is the new generation network video monitoring software developed by us. It is integrated with powerful channel
management function. You can monitor the audio/video through network. It supports network searching and playing, network
backup and TCP/Multicast protocol, and may build perfect monitor center system with Managecenter.
6.1 Features
Powerful multi-channel management function: support single channel and 4/9/16/25/36/49 channels; the operations
between different channels are independent;
Each channel may be customized separately and the number of IP addresses for each channel is unlimited (i.e. the
number of video recorders is unlimited); you may also switch the channel of recorder (IP);
Define the video recorders of certain channel; after setting, user may poll all video recorders of this channel manually
or automatically;
Multi languages (English, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese) and skins (7 options available);
Internet proxy management;
Support Multicast function and up to 20 users may access a same video recorder; (Note: WAN Multicast function is
invalid if you monitor the scene in WAN and the multicast function of router is disabled.)
Perfect user management function and multilevel account authority management function: ADMIN is the super
management account and defines the authorities of GUEST; perfect log management function;
Convenient network list searching function: you can play or backup the common recording and alarm recording data
with list and input a time period to search for recording data;
Support network control of pan/tilt;
