an unvented portable heater that uses air (Oxygen) from within the area in which it is used. Failure
to provide adequate combustion and ventilation air will result in asphyxiation, carbon monoxide
poisoning, bodily injury or death. Refer to “Ventilation” on Page 7.

      If the lamp on your Protemp Heater is flickering and the LED display shows “E3”, the thermostat switch may have failed. Replace the thermostat switch.

      If your Protemp Heater doesn't turn on and the lamp is not lit, here’s what you can do: * Turn the power switch to “OFF” and allow the heater to cool for 10 minutes before restarting. * Check the power cords and power supply. * Check or replace the fuse. * Inspect all electrical connections.

      If your Protemp Heater ignites but the main PCB shuts off after a short period, and the LED display shows “E1”, there are several potential causes: * Incorrect pump pressure: Adjust the pump pressure. * Dirty input, output, or lint filter: Clean or replace the air or lint filter. * Dirty fuel filter: Clean or replace the fuel filter. * Dirty nozzle: Clean or replace the nozzle. * Dirty photocell lens: Clean or replace the photocell. * Photocell not installed properly: Adjust the photocell position. * Defective photocell: Replace the photocell. * Improper electrical connection between main PCB and photocell: Check wiring connections. * Improper location of thermister sensor: Check thermister placement. * Improper electrical connection within the temperature limit switch...
