Troubleshooting
Possible Resolution
Cause
No sound Audio cable(s) Make sure the audio signal cable(s) are
not securely firmly connected,

Headphones Unplug the headphones,

Audio muted Unmute the audio by pressing the MUTE
button on the remote.
