Cause
"Wrong disc" Unreadable Ensure disc is not scratched or dirty. Clean
displays upon disc and re-insert as necessary.
disc insertion Disc format not Ensure the disc has a format compatible
supported with the player (see "Specifications" on
page 39).

Do not return this product to your retailer until you have performed the
steps laid out in "Unpacking Your New DVD Player" on page 2 and
contacted the customer service center, Merchandise may not be returned
to Protron without a return form authorization.
