1- INTRODUCTION
Thank you very much for choosing PD-20S Series Digital Transmier. In this
special designed product, high quality hardware, outstanding soware
soluons and user friendly programming interface are combined together. It
will be your assistant and soluon partner in many applicaons that you
need. Before using the device, we recommend you to read this manual
carefully.
PD-20S Transmier is a rail type digital weight indicator developed for
industrial weighing applicaons. It is designed to ensure that the received
results are both accurate and reliable in standard weighing processes as well
as in industrial applicaons such as packaging, dosing, tension control,
weighbridge plaorms, tank and silo measurements.
It is easily integrated to applicaons related with weighing in PLCs which
frequently used in the automaon systems. With its features such as
Analogue Output (010V, 4-20mA) and transistor output enabling Modbus,
RS485 and Transistor connecons, it has a broad applicaon area. In
addion, all configuraon parameters are accessed over Modbus protocol.
As a result, you can control the device remotely in your industrial
applicaons.
It has a five-digit display with high brightness which can be easily read over
7mm 7 segment display. All calibraon and parameter inputs can be easily
done with 4 units of membrane type keypad. As well as, access with one
buon to the process counter is provided.
All calibraon and parameter inputs are performed through keypad.
Calibraon page is password- protected against unauthorized intrusion.
