      Jonathan ClarkAug 9, 2025
If your PurePower Portable Generator has no output, consider these potential causes and solutions: * First, check if the DC circuit breaker is turned off. If it is, depress or flip the circuit breaker into the ON position. * Next, examine the AC receptacle and DC terminals for any loose connections. Secure any loose connections. * Also, check to see if you attempted to start the engine with appliances already connected to the generator. If so, turn off the switch on the appliance and disconnect the cable from the receptacle. Reconnect after the generator has been started properly.
