Reset the fader and/or balance settings. It may also be caused by speakers not wired correctly, the car antenna not extended, or the antenna control wire not connected. Reconnect the speaker wires so that each output terminal is connected to a different speaker. Pull the antenna out all the way. Connect the wire correctly.
