The electrical retractors must be powered on, and the wheelchair moved forward in order for the webbing to be released.
What to do in an emergency if Q'STRAINT QRT-1 Wheelchair retractor is not releasing the webbing?
In an emergency, if the retractor is not releasing the webbing, press and hold the Red Release Lever then pull the J-Hook. If the retractor still doesn't release, cut the webbing at an angle.
What happens to Q'STRAINT Wheelchair electrical retractors after power is restored?
Once power is restored, power on the electrical retractors and move the wheelchair forward in order for the retractors to unlock.
