What to do if I am unable to locate the QNAP Storage NAS during QTS installation?

If you are unable to locate the NAS during QTS installation, power off the NAS, remove all drives, power on the NAS, and locate the NAS using Qfinder Pro or myQNAPcloud. Then, reinsert the drives and continue with the QTS installation. This may be due to faulty drives or data.
