3 Application Interface
3.1. General Description
UC20 is equipped with a 72-pin 1.3mm pitch SMT pads plus 40-pin other pads that connect to cellular
application platform. Sub-interfaces included in these pads are described in detail in the following
chapters:
 Power supply
 UART interface
 USIM interface
 USB interface
 PCM interface
 ADC interface
 Status indication
