• If operating defects, faulty parts are found, or the machine does not function,
switch it off and disconnect the electric power supply: do not try to repair the
machine. All repairs are to be carried out by a specialised Quick Mill
technician. Contact Quick Mill Service Department.
The boilers have thermal protection that stops the heating in the case of failure
or overheating.
All parts for heating and with electrical voltage are located inside the machine
panelling.
Specific instructions for maintenance staff:
• If stored for long periods at temperatures below 2° C, the equipment hydraulic
circuit has to be emptied. Do not switch on the machine before reconditioning
it for at least an hour in a place with an appropriate environment temperature.
• The service zones are only to be accessed by technicians with knowledge of
the equipment and practical experience, especially regarding safety and
hygiene.
• Method and frequency of cleaning are indicated in the "MACHINE
CLEANING" section.
• The equivalent weighted acoustic pressure level is less than 70 dB.
