Coffee brewing
1. Release the filter holder (l) from its housing turning it clockwise.
2. Fill the filter with one or two doses of coffee (according to the filter inserted).
3. Press the coffee with the press.
4. Refit and tighten the filter holder in its housing, turning it anticlockwise.
5. Position the cups under the outlet holes under the filter holder.
6. Raise the coffee distribution lever (j): after a few seconds the delivery starts.
When the required dose is reached, lower the lever. During the distribution,
the display indicates the dosing seconds.
Steam delivery
1. Direct the steam delivery wand (e) toward the drip collection reservoir (m).
2. For a few seconds, activate the steam delivery with the knob (c) and
discharge the condensation created in the delivery wand. Close the knob,
stopping the delivery.
3. Paying attention to the temperature of the steam wand, immerge it about
half-way in the liquid to be heated.
4. Reactivate the steam delivery with the knob. When the required temperature
is reached, close the knob.
After heating the beverage, it is advised to discharge a little steam
from the wand to clean the spray holes.
Hot water delivery
1. Place the water collection vessel under the hot water distributor (d).
2. Open the tap (b) and close it when the required water level is reached.
