Maintenance
Maintenance of the fresh water system will require you to check the ngs and hoses to make sure
that there are no leaks. Before the winter season, the fresh water system must be completely drained
to avoid damage.
3. Black Water System (oponal)
Your vessel may be equipped with a waste containment / disposal system. This includes a toilet water
pickup, manual ush toilet, a 27.8 liter holding tank, macerator, discharge seacock, and a dockside
pumpout connecon.
Operaon
Prior to using the toilet, make sure that the toilet water pickup valve is opened. The toilet is located
under a cover on the forward part of the cabin. To use, rst remove the cushion covering the toilet
lid. Rotate the lid over the toilet and remove the toilet wall, exposing the toilet for use. When not in
use, the toilet wall and toilet lid should be installed in place, covering the toilet.
Refer to the toilet owners manual in regards to specic operaon of the toilet. When ushing the
toilet, it will take approximately 16 complete up/down strokes for the contents to reach holding tank.
Macerator
The macerator gives the boat operator the means of discharging the holding tank directly overboard
through a seacock in the boom of the hull. The macerator switch is located on the port pilaster
inside the cabin. Since direct overboard discharge is prohibited in many areas, the macerator seacock
is normally closed.
