26. Sun Awning (oponal)
If installed, an oponal sun awning is available to provide protecon from the sun. The sun awning
consists of a rail in the hardtop and a canvas.
Operaon
Within the hardtop rails (port and starboard), there is a pin that holds the rail in place. To extend the
sun awning, simply push the pin on both sides and slide the rail out. The pins will re-engage and lock
the rail when fully extended. To install the sun awning canvas, slide the welng (piping) located on
front edge through the sun awning track installed on the hardtop. Next connect the canvas to the sun
awning rail using the zippers on the edge of the canvas Finally, connect the straps to the eyelets on
the deck.
In rough seas, the sun awning should be stored to avoid
damage to the rail and or canvas

As an opon, a bimini with frame and a bimini with vinyl panels that fully encloses the cockpit can be
installed on your boat.
Bimini
When not in use, the bimini can be stored in an a posion where it does not interfere with the use
of the boat. In this posion, always make sure that the bimini is secured in the canvas boot. To use
the bimini, remove the canvas boot and rotate the bimini frame forward and secure the canvas to the
