The steam generator produces hygienic fresh
steam. In this mode the cabinet temperature is set
to a constant 100 °C.
Cooking modes:
Steaming, stewing, blanching, poaching, simmering,
vacuum cooking, thawing, preserving.

Fresh or frozen fruit (e.g. hot raspberries), stewed
