5. Connect the protective conductor to the yellow-green terminal.
6. Connect the neutral conductor to the blue terminal.
7. Connect the grey cable directly to contactor K1.
8. Check that the wires are properly plugged in.
9. Screw in the cable gland.
10. Connect the power cable to the mains.
>> The power connection is completed.

6.5 Connect the unit to the mains for Demo mode
The Demo mode is used for demonstration purposes for the basic functions of
the unit.
Refer to the table below with the colour codes for the connection.

The following functions are activated or deactivated in Demo mode:
n
Cooking processes are simulated (processes are accelerated)
n
Movement of the pan/unit cover is active
n
Heating is deactivated
If the unit is connected in Demo mode, the following connections are sufficient:
n
one phase
n
one neutral conductor
n
one protective conductor
n
Equipotential bonding
