Inspect pellets; ensure that pellets
are dry and have not broken down
into sawdust.
If problem persists, remove pellets
from the hopper and clean ash
from your re pot, replace with
clean dry pellets.
Unplug grill. Remove pellets from
hopper. Clean hopper of any
obstructions or build up.

Remove cooking grate and ame
deector plate; visually inspect
auger turning in the re pot.
(Note: the auger turns very slowly)
If auger is not turning, you may
have an obstruction in your hopper.

may need to be replaced. Call
Customer Service.
