Checking Engine Coolant
1. Remove the cap from the heat exchanger and observe the level of
the uid.
2. e coolant level in the heat exchanger should be at the bottom
of the ller neck. If coolant is lower you should contact your Regal
dealer.
3. Install the cap onto the heat exchanger.
4. When reinstalling the pressure cap, be sure to tighten it until it
seats on the ller neck.
5. With the engine at normal operating temperature, check the
coolant level in the coolant recovery canister.

AVOID BODILY INJURY!
ALLOW ENGINE TO COOL DOWN
BEFORE REMOVING THE COOLANT PRESSURE CAP.
A SUDDEN LOSS OF PRESSURE COULD CAUSE HOT COOLANT
TO BOIL AND DISCHARGE VIOLENTLY.
AFTER THE ENGINE HAS COOLED,
TURN THE CAP 1/4 TURN
TO ALLOW PRESSURE TO ESCAPE SLOWLY,
THEN PUSH DOWN AND TURN THE CAP COMPLETELY OFF.
