YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

pleased to explain the evaporative emission control system warranty on your
Model Year 2018 spark-ignition marine watercra . In California, new spark
ignition marine watercra must be designed, built, and equipped to meet
the states stringent anti-smog standards. Regal Marine Industries must war-
rant the evaporative emission control system on your spark-ignition marine
watercra for the person listed below provided there has been no abuse,
neglect or improper maintenance of your spark-ignition marine watercra .
Your evaporative emission control system may include parts such as carbu-
retors, fuel tanks, fuel lines, fuel caps. valves, canisters, lters, vapor hoses,
clamps, connectors and other associated components.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVERAGE
is evaporative emission control system is warranted for two years. If any
evaporative emission-related part on your spark-ignition marine watercra
is defective, the part will be repaired by Regal Marine Industries, Inc.
OWNER’S MANUAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As the spark ignition marine watercra owner, you are responsible for
the performance of the required maintenance listed in your owner’s
manual. Regal Maine Industries, Inc. recommends that you retain all
receipts covering maintenance on your spark-ignition marine water-
cra , but Regal Marine Industries, Inc. cannot deny warranty solely on
the lack of receipts.
As the owner, you should be aware that Regal Marine Industries, Inc.
may deny you warranty coverage of your spark-ignition marine wa-
tercra or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, or improper mainte-
nance or unapproved modi cations.
You are responsible for presenting your spark-ignition marine water-
cra to a Regal Marine Industries, Inc. distribution center or a service
center as soon as the problem exists. e warranty repairs should be
completed in a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days. If
