When A1 Is Displayed

Pull out the cut
paper tray while
lifting upward and
out.
Hold both sides,
and then lift the
front of the tray.
Remove the cut
paper tray from
the machine.
Remove the
jammed paper.
If the jammed
paper is forcefully
pulled out, it may
tear and scraps
may leave in the
machine.
Insert the cut paper
tray while lifting
upward into the
machine, push
slowly until it stops.
If you push the cut
paper tray forcefully,
the tray’s paper
guide may become
out of position.
