Configuring the Machine Behavior When a Document
Cannot Be Stored
Reception File Storage Location This setting is available when [Store] is enabled in [Action on
Receiving File].
Received documents are stored on the internal storage and
in the fax memory of the machine as well. When [Reception
File Storage Location] is set to [Internal Storage], the
machine stores received documents on its internal storage
even after the fax memory becomes full, thus enabling you to
store more documents.
