Toner Save Mode
You can enable the Toner Save Mode in the Property Settings of the printer. The life of the cartridge
can be extended by selecting this option.
The printing cost per page is reduced, but print quality is compromised.
• When the toner is low, the LED indicators will light up as follows:
Power indicator ashes red slowly.
If the printed image turns lighter or blurred, we recommend that you use the “RICOH Printer”
software that monitors the amount of toner remaining. Considering whether to replace the toner
cartridge.
• Actual printable numbers vary depending on image volume and density, number of pages
printed at a time, paper type and size, and environmental conditions such as temperature and
humidity. Toner quality degrades over time.
• For good print quality,we recommends that you use genuine toner from the RICOH.
• RICOH shall not be responsible for any damage or expense that might result from the use of
parts other than genuine parts from the RICOH with your ofce products.
